DC plus Manifold

DC Plus manifolds are available for purchase separately as a replacement or to retrofit a late-model IDC unit. To retrofit a unit, check the IDC-TO-CRP MANIFOLD AND CONVERSION KIT under the IDC Accessories tab.

Annual Maintenance Kit

These annual maintenance kits include all the filters and pouches you will need for a year’s operation. Replace the sanitary pouch every three months and the two exhaust filters every year to maintain optimal performance.

Auxiliary Discharge Pump

This Auxiliary Discharge Pump is designed for those troublesome installs where the drain is too far away, the outlet hose won’t lay flat, or the outlet hose must run uphill. Connect the CRP units’ outlet hose to the pump and let the pump move the clear condensate into the drain. Backup problems are resolved just like that!

Decompression Chamber Exhaust Filter Kit

As condensate enters the CRP unit, the air is decompressed and exits through the two vents at the top of the Manifold. These carbon filter inserts minimize the amount of contaminants and VOCs that exit the system through these vents. Replace these filters every year — or more frequently in high-flow applications — to maintain proper venting conditions.

Drum Cart

CRP Oil-Water Separators are heavy, but these drum carts make them easy to move. Carts are constructed of welded metal with heavy-duty industrial casters for strength and durability. This cart is designed for the CRP 1500 and 2000 units.

Inlet Bushings Kit

Need more ¼″ inlets? How about some ⅜″ inlets? No prolem! This inlet bushing kit lets you reduce up to six of the ½″ ports down to ¼″ and ⅜″. The kit ships with six each of ½″ to ¼″ and ½″ to ⅜″ reducer bushings.

Sanitary Pouch Kit (4-pack)

Insert an antimicrobial pouch, every three months or as needed, into the Outlet cavity to sanitize the discharge hose and prevent algae growth.

Spill Containment Platform

Timer Drain

Inlet Pump and Pail

Condensate flows from your air compressor to the pail. From there, the pump feeds that condensate into and through the Super Series unit at the optimal oil-water separation speed.
