NRD-HT Series Air Dryers
The NEXT AIR NRD-HT (25127 SCFM) Series dryers are engineered and designed for non-after-cooled, reciprocating compressors. The technology incorporates a larger refrigerated circuit, an after-cooler, and a patented high-efficiency heat exchanger, which allows the NRD-HT to withstand temperatures up to 210° F.
NRD-HT refrigerated dryers by Next Air & Gas incorporate next generation technologies equipped with industrial grade materials and components, making them the perfect dryers for body and service shops, as well as anyone utilizing 5 to 30 HP compressors. With excellent heat transfer coefficients and low pressure drops, the NRD-HT series out-performs competitors in the safeguarding of compressed air systems, machinery, and pneumatic tools.

Inlet flow rates stated in the specification table assume the following conditions: 180° F inlet temperature, 100° F ambient temperature, and 100 psig operating pressure.
For proper operation, compressed air dryers must be sized for the maximum temperatures, minimum pressure and maximum flow rate of the installation.
To obtain dryer flow capacity for non-standard conditions use the following formula:
Dryer Flow Rate × CF1 × CF2 × CF3 = New Flow Capacity
To select a dryer based on the system flow of the compressed air system use the following formula. Then select a dryer that has a flow rate that is equal to or above the minimum required drying capacity.
System Flow / CF1 / CF2 / CF3 = Minimum Required Drying Capacity
