Micro 50
Clean Resources MICRO 50 oil-water separator is an economical and ideal solution for businesses with small compressed air systems in the 5 HP to 15 HP range and up to 125 psi.
MICRO units include a factory-installed and plumbed wall bracket, reducing installation time. Mount the MICRO to a secure fixture, thread the cartridge, attach the compressor line, and run a poly tube to the drain. That’s it!
Don’t let the compact size fool you. The MICRO 50 efficiently removes oil from the condensate. Plus, replacement cartridges provide straightforward, no-mess maintenance and offer the lowest life cycle cost in the industry.

Micro Unit | Width (in) | Depth (in) | Height (in) | Weight (lbs) |
---|---|---|---|---|
50 | 12 | 5 | 19 | 3 |
HP | ACFM | Unit Life in Hours†‡ | Est. Hrs/Yr |

15 | 75 | 1,000 | 2,000 |
† Unit life numbers in this chart assume rotary screw compressors with 2 ppm oil carryover running 8,000 hrs/yr. Unit life may vary due to differences in air compressor oil consumption rates, age, and maintenance of compressor.
ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSORS (2 ppm carryover)
Unit Life: [hours from above] x [CF from below]
Example: Micro 100 at 15 hp running 6,000 hrs/yr
Unit Life: 3,000 x 1.33 = 3,990 hours‡
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS (8 ppm carryover)
Unit Life: [hours from above] x 0.25 x [CF from below]
Example: Micro 100 at 5 hp running 4,000 hrs/yr
Unit Life: 10,000 x 0.25 x 2 = 5,000 hours‡
‡ To calculate unit life in months: [Unit Life] / 8,000 * 12
Hrs/yr runtime | 8,000 | 6,000 | 4,000 | 2,000 |
