Warranty coverage from cradle to grave

Overview
The IDC-350 use a proprietary alumina silicate substrate media that improves performance and prolongs the unit’s life. These units ship with a six-port inlet hub and an outlet hose. Prime the unit and run your condensate lines to the inlet. With the IDC-350s, there is no need for a separate decompression chamber.
As with all Clean Resources products, the IDC-350s are designed to handle all compressor lubricants without regard to specific gravity, emulsification, or relative humidity. When properly sized, installed, and registered, these units are guaranteed for 12 months to perform and reduce the contaminants in your compressor condensate to 10 ppm or less. If your unit fails under these conditions, Clean Resources will refund the prorated amount remaining on the warranty if a registered unit fails within one year of installation.
All registered units qualify for free recycling, or the units can be disposed of as non-hazardous special waste in accordance with state and local regulations. To recycle, enter the unit serial number and fill in the form at recycleoilsep.com.

† Unit life numbers in this chart assume rotary screw compressors with 2 ppm oil carryover running 8,000 hrs/yr. Unit life may vary due to differences in air compressor oil consumption rates, age, and maintenance of compressor.
ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSORS (2 ppm carryover)
Unit Life: [hours from above] x [CF from below]
Example: IDC 350 at 40 hp running 6,000 hrs/yr
Unit Life: 13,000 x 1.33 = 17,290 hours‡
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS (8 ppm carryover)
Unit Life: [hours from above] x 0.25 x [CF from below]
Example: IDC 350 at 20 hp running 4,000 hrs/yr
Unit Life: 24,000 x 0.25 x 2 = 12,000 hours‡
‡ To calculate unit life in months: [Unit Life] / 8,000 * 12
Hrs/yr runtime | 8,000 | 6,000 | 4,000 | 2,000 |
