IDC-OF 375
Condensate Filtration for the Oil-Free Rotary Compressor Market
Traditional oil-flooded air compressors use oil to seal and prevent air backflow. The oil-free rotary screw compressor airend (worm gear) uses extremely tight tolerances of the internal moving parts to prevent air backflow. Because of these tolerances, metal-on-metal friction occurs, causing particulate matter to pass into the condensate stream.
The Clean Resources IDC-OF 375 condensate filters capture and remove trace, precious, and heavy metal particles (titanium, chromium, etc.) from oil-free compressor condensate. The OF Series filters also capture trace amounts of airborne oil and chemical agents ingested from ambient shop air, including cutting oil, propane, diesel exhaust fumes, and others.
The IDC-OF 375 is designed to handle your oil-free compressor condensate without regard to specific gravity, emulsification, or relative humidity. When properly sized, installed, and registered, the IDC-OF 375 is guaranteed for 12 months to perform and reduce the contaminants in your compressor condensate to EPA-compliant levels. If your unit fails under these conditions, Clean Resources will refund the prorated amount remaining on the warranty if a registered unit fails within one year of installation.
The IDC-OF 375 provides an easy, convenient, and cost-effective method to keep your compressor room EPA-compliant. The IDC-OF 375 uses no electricity, is maintenance-free, requires no pump, and is not susceptible to mold growth. These units can be disposed of as non-hazardous special waste in accordance with your state and local regulations, provided the liquid has been drained. Enter the unit serial number at recycleoilsep.com to complete the RMA process.
