Manifold
Detaches from base for quick filter interval replacement
Condensate Inlet Hub
Replace red and black caps with push-to-connect fittings (finger tighten ONLY) and insert compressor lines
Carbon-filtered Vent
Pressure is decompressed and vented through two replaceable carbon-filled cartridges, removing VOCs and reducing any mist expelled from the manifold
Timer Drain
Sends a burst of air through the unit every 12 hours to prevent the formation of a sludge mat. Flashing LEDs and audible sound to alert unit replacement.
Antimicrobial Cavity
Insert an antimicrobial pouch to sanitize the discharge hose and reduce algae growth
Outlet
10 ppm or less of filtered condensate exits to sanitary or floor drain
Compression-fit manifold for precise filtration control
Timer drain for improved flow of condensate through the media bed
Antimicrobial sanitization of discharge hose to reduce algae growth
Twelve available inlets (increased from six)
Minimal maintenance with no messy bag change-outs

CRP-OF 550 1900
Condensate Filtration for the Oil-Free Rotary Compressor Market
Traditional oil-flooded air compressors use oil to lubricate, seal, and prevent air backflow. The oil-free rotary screw compressor airend (worm gear) uses extremely tight tolerances of the internal moving parts to prevent air backflow. Because of these tolerances, metal-on-metal friction occurs, causing particulate matter to pass into the condensate stream.
The Clean Resources CRP-OF Series condensate filters capture and remove trace, precious, and heavy metal particles (titanium, chromium, etc.) from oil-free compressor condensate. The OF Series filters also capture trace amounts of airborne oil and chemical agents ingested from ambient shop air, including cutting oil, propane, diesel exhaust fumes, and others.
Clean Resources CRP-OF condensate filters utilize a 50/50 blend of zeolite and activated carbon to remove chemicals and trace metals that pass through an air compressor during normal operation. Our proprietary substrate media bed adsorbs chromium, titanium and other hard metals as well as VOCs and other chemicals from your condensate, reducing them to levels that meet or exceed EPA compliance requirements.
Similar to our CRP-PAKs, the CRP-OFs feature an external manifold that is compression fit to the container and accepts 12 inlet linessix ¼″ and six ½″. Built into the manifold is a pre-plumbed timer drain that generates a burst of air every twelve hours to improve the free flow of condensate through the alumina silicate substrate media bed.
CRP-OFs also feature a discharge hub redesigned to include an antimicrobial pouch to sanitize the discharge fluid. This addition inhibits mold and algae growth, keeping the discharge hose clean and free from flow restrictions.
The manifold can be easily removed from the spent container and reattached to new containers with fresh media beds. All registered units qualify for free recycling, or the units can be disposed of as non-hazardous special waste in accordance with state and local regulations. To recycle, enter the unit serial number and fill in the form at recycleoilsep.com.
