DC plus Manifold
A DC Plus external manifold is the powerhouse component of a Clean Resources CRP Series Oil-Water Separator. It is compression fit to the media container, ensuring precise filtration control and leak-free operation.
DC Plus manifolds come standard on new CRP Series Oil-Water Separators. This listing is for the manifold only and is intended for use as a replacement manifold for a CRP unit or as part of a retrofit kit to upgrade a late-model IDC Series Oil-Water Separator with advanced CRP Series features and capabilities. To retrofit an IDC unit, see the IDC-TO-CRP MANIFOLD AND CONVERSION KIT under the IDC Accessories.
FEATURES:
- Twelve (12) inlets (six ¼″ and six ½″) to accept up to 12 direct inlet lines from compressed air systems and components.
- Programmed Timer Drain that generates a burst of air every twelve hours to improve the free flow of condensate through the media bed.
- Removable Carbon Exhaust Filters that remove VOCs and greatly reduce any oily mist that could be expelled from the unit during decompression and venting. These filters can be easily replaced when they become clogged, allowing the manifold to maintain peak efficiency.
BENEFITS:
- The DC Plus manifold can be easily removed from the spent container and reattached to new containers with fresh media beds.
- Reusing the same manifold through multiple media change-outs reduces the long-term cost of ownership.

Annual Maintenance Kit
(2 Exhaust Filters, Sanitary Pouch 4-Pack)
These annual maintenance kits include all the filters and pouches you will need to keep your CRP Series Oil-Water Separator running optimally for a full year.
EXHAUST FILTERS:
- As condensate enters the CRP unit, the air is decompressed and exits through the two vents at the top of the Manifold.
- These carbon filter inserts minimize the amount of contaminants and VOCs that exit the system through these vents.
- Replace these filters every year — or more frequently in high-flow applications — to maintain proper venting conditions.
SANITARY POUCHES:
- The CRP Series contains an antimicrobial pouch under the outlet cap, which sanitizes the discharge water to prevent algae and mold growth.
- Replace this pouch every three months — or more frequently in high-flow applications — to ensure optimal liquid flow through the discharge hose.
Part Number: F10511

Auxiliary Discharge Pump
This Auxiliary Discharge Pump is designed for those troublesome installs that make gravity flow discharge difficult.
CRP and IDC Series Oil-Water Separators use gravity flow discharge, which is an efficient system when your unit is positioned close to a drain. But what if the drain is across the room, or there are obstacles obstructing the discharge flow? That’s where the Auxiliary Discharge Pump comes in!
- The Auxiliary Discharge Pump is designed for troublesome installs.
- Drain is too far away
- Outlet hose won’t lay flat
- Outlet hose must run uphill
- Connect the outlet hose from your CRP or IDC Series Oil-Water Separator to the pump and let the pump move the clear condensate into the drain.
- Backup problems are resolved just like that!

Demister Pad
The demister pad prevents discharge water mist from exiting the unit during venting.
FUNCTION:
- As condensate enters an IDC Series Oil-Water Separator, the air is decompressed and exits through the demister pad on the top of the unit.
- The demister pad prevents discharge water and oily mist from exiting the unit during venting.
- Demisting is particularly important during times of high flow and high pressure.
INSTALLATION:
- In some applications, the demister pads can become caked with oily residue, clogging the vent and reducing the Oil-Water Separator’s ability to function optimally.
- If this happens, replace the demister pad to maintain proper venting conditions.
- Replacement is easy. Simply unscrew the clogged demister pad and screw in the new one. That’s it!

IDC Inlet Hub
Connect up to six inlet lines to your IDC unit.
FUNCTION:
- This IDC Inlet Hub allows you to connect up to six ¼″ inlet lines to your IDC Series Oil-Water Separator.
- All IDC Series Oil-Water Separators come with this inlet hub pre-installed.
- Inlet fittings should be finger tightened only.
INSTALLATION:
- If an inlet hub becomes cracked from overtightening of fittings, it will cause untreated oily condensate to leak from the system.
- Get one of these replacement hubs right away to restore system integrity, eliminate oil leakage, and return your IDC unit to optimal performance.
- Replacement is straightforward. Simply remove the inlet lines, unscrew the cracked inlet hub, replace it with the new one, and reattach the inlet lines. It’s that easy!
